Northstar Commercial Partners is excited to announce the successful launch a new project, “Tenant of the Month,” where various outstanding businesses and organizations occupying Northstar facilities will be profiled to highlight their services and involvement.
This month, Northstar had the opportunity to spotlight Regus, which has occupied space at Cherry Creek Place II in Aurora since December 2014. Regus offers 79 business offices at this location and in only a few short months, is already at 66% occupancy. They have a wide variety of clients including construction companies, insurance agencies, lawyers, mortgage brokers, social media firms, and business coaches.
As a company, Regus works to offer fully customized office solutions for their clients’ individual needs. With 3,000 locations in 900 cities in 120 countries around the world, they offer affordable and modern solutions for traditional offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms and business lounges.
At their local Cherry Creek II site, “we sell the world from Denver,” said April Ayers, the Aurora location manager. “One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to what individuals and companies need. We work very hard to create a good first impression so that our clients can in turn, put their best foot forward,” concluded Ayers. “We know that image is important and our clients mean business – we will do everything we can to help them succeed.”
Regus clients are treated to a quick and easy leasing experience, renting as much or as little space as needed, moving into an office the next day, and renting short-term or long-term – whatever a project demands. And a receptionist, along with administrative and technical support, are available for all client needs.
In addition to physical office space, Regus also offers access and a global network of support to their members, through their partnerships with major companies that look to Regus for their office space needs. In the Regus network are companies such as Google, Citi Bank, Accenture, AT&T, Apple, Cigna, LinkedIn, and many others.
“I can’t think of a better business to begin our ‘Tenant of the Month’ project than Regus,” said Brian Watson. “They represent the best of the innovative culture of Denver, offering solutions for everyone from established businesses to startups, and they make affordable and efficient space convenient and accessible in a hot office market.”
While Regus is an international company, they are intentional about adding value to their local communities. Not only were several local jobs brought on to run the Cherry Creek II location, but they also make an effort to reach out and help with community projects. Teaming up with “Food Bank of the Rockies” is a local favorite, and just one more way that Regus augments their local communities.
