When we moved to the building, we were looking to save money and be in a community where we could do the most good. We were not aware of the instability of the Master-Tenant that was working with the bank at the time. When they were evicted from non-payment among other things we wondered what was going to happen to us. Because it is so difficult to move an entire ministry at a moments notice, it was going to be very stressful and challenging. I talked to a representative from Northstar by the name of Nick who showed compassion and genuine concern for our situation. Martinson Services has been in business since 1986. In these 31 years, we have worked with countless numbers of companies and have recognized a few key traits associated with successful property management teams. It became immediately clear that this firm was different from the others. Brian and Patricia Watson were quite the team back then and I can tell you today that they still are. My company, Colorado Home Finder Realty, has been a tenant in the Westpoint Building since September 0f 2013. Since moving in, the building management company, Northstar Commercial Partners, has made a number of renovations and improvements that have significantly enhanced the building, for all tenants, both inside and outside. While there have been very few issues we've had to deal with, when they have occasionally arisen, they have always been responded to promptly, professionally, and to our complete satisfaction.

When we outgrew our original space after two years, we looked no further than within the building for our new space needs. Management was very flexible and accommodating.

An outstanding aspect of being a tenant here is that management employs a full-time, resident building engineer, as well as what they refer to as a "day porter". These two services have always kept the building, common areas, and restrooms immaculate, and in tip-top condition. 

Another aspect that I personally appreciate is that management keeps the exterior landscaping very well maintained, including large grassy areas and beautiful flower beds. The main foyer is full of live plants that are changed regularly, and is very attractively furnished. 

In summary, Northstar Commercial Partners has been awesome to work with, and they have done an excellent job of keeping us more than happy as tenants.
